All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, there may be slight delays.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Baron Paris is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at customerservice@baronparis.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
